How we help

Catholic Missions In Canada supports more than 600 missionaries, as they selflessly serve in isolated home mission communities across 26 Canadian mission dioceses.

Religious education

Catholic Missions In Canada is committed to fund 60 religious education programs for children and adults in 2008.

Building & repairs

To offer sacred space for the spiritual needs and places of worship in our remote mission communities, we will build or repair 68 churches and church buildings across Canada in 2008.

First Nations Ministries

Many of our missionaries serve in hard-to-reach and isolated First Nations communities in the far North. We will provide funding to meet the travel requests of 98 Canadian missionaries.
